4-Week Mixed Aerial Foundation Course

Not sure which aerial apparatus you’ll love the most? This course lets you try them all! Perfect for total beginners - no experience or strength needed! Across 5 weeks, you’ll explore the foundations of aerial on: 🔹 Hoop 🔹 Straps 🔹 Rope 🔹 Silks Your course will take place once a week, same day and time, making it easy to stay consistent and build confidence safely. Each class lasts 55 minutes. WHAT TO EXPECT? •A friendly, welcoming environment • A small groups •Step-by-step teaching designed for complete beginners •Slow progression focused on technique and safety •Building confidence off the ground •Lots of fun, laughter, and small personal wins each week Each aerial class will start with a warm up, designed for that specific rigged equipment class and will end in a cool down. In a full class/course, the equipment will be shared by two people (maximum). If You don`t want to share the equipment with a stranger, please book the course with your friend! You will be asked to leave all unnecessary belongings in the lockers provided and only bring equipment needed the class room. 👚 What to Wear? •Comfortable leggings (covering the backs of knees) •A fitted top or sports bra •Bring layers - some apparatus feel better with extra coverage •No jewellery, watches, or zips to protect the equipment •Bare feet or socks Water is a must! We have facilities to fill your own bottles, or you can purchase on reception. ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS? To take part in our adult AERIAL COURSE you must be aged 16 or over. There are no upper age limit. CANCELLATIONS If for any reason you cannot make your class please let us know with at least 24 h prior to the class or you will be charge for the missed class. You book and pay for 4 consecutive weeks, but You are allowed to re-arrange only ONE class of the course if we receive your cancellation with at least 24h prior to the class. Your course is non refundable or non transferable.
