5-Week Aerial Hoop Foundation Course

Not sure if aerial hoop is for you? This course is perfect for total beginners - no prior experience or upper body strength needed! Across 5 weeks, you’ll explore the foundations of aerial hoop, building confidence, strength, and grace in a fun and safe environment. Your course will take place once a week, same day and time, making it easy to stay consistent. Each class lasts 55 minutes. WHAT TO EXPECT? • A friendly, welcoming environment • Small group sizes for personalised attention • Step-by-step teaching designed for complete beginners • Slow progression focused on technique and safety • Building confidence off the ground • Lots of fun, laughter, and personal wins each week Each class begins with a warm-up designed for aerial and ends with a cool-down. The hoops are shared by two people maximum, so if you prefer not to share, bring a friend! You’ll be asked to leave unnecessary belongings in the lockers provided and only bring what you need for the class. 👚 What to Wear? • Comfortable leggings (covering the backs of your knees) • A fitted top or sports bra • Layers if you prefer extra coverage on the hoop • No jewellery, watches, or zips to protect the equipment • Bare feet or socks 💧 Water is essential! Refill at our studio or purchase from reception. AGE REQUIREMENTS This adult course is for anyone 16+. No upper age limit. CANCELLATIONS If you can’t attend, please notify us at least 24 hours before your class or you will be charged for the session. You can rearrange only one class per 5-week course if we are informed 24 hours in advance. The course is non-refundable and non-transferable.
