Service Description
Ready to start your splits journey or finally reach the floor? Our 5 Week Splits Course is designed for complete beginners as well as anyone wanting to improve their flexibility safely and effectively. This course focuses on both front splits and middle splits, helping you build flexibility, strength, and mobility week by week in a supportive environment. No previous flexibility experience is needed and you do not need to already be flexible to join. Whether you are just starting your flexibility journey or you are only a few inches away from your splits, this course is suitable for all levels. Throughout the course we will work on: •Active & passive flexibility training •Flexibility conditioning exercises •Safe stretching techniques •Progressions & regressions for every level •Use of equipment to support your training •Building strength and control alongside flexibility The course runs on the same day and time each week for 5 consecutive weeks to help you stay consistent and track your progress. What to Wear? •Leggings, shorts or anything comfortable •T-shirt, long sleeve top or sports bra •Barefoot class (bring socks if preferred) It is best to stay warm during stretching Please bring water or you can purchase at the reception *Cancellation Policy You may cancel and rearrange 1 session only during the course with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be lost. Course is non-transferable or non-refundable.
