💓EКЗОТІК ДЕНС - НОВА ГРУПА💓 Набір на 4-тижневий курс, де будемо вчити одну хореографію та працювати над її технікою, пластикою, лініями й подачею. This course will be delivered in the Ukrainian language 🇺🇦 Our foundation pole dancing courses really are for complete beginners - you don’t need to have any experience to take part. This course run over four weeks and each class lasts for 55 minutes. This course will include Pole Dancing, Floorwork, Tricks in heels. New Courses start every 5-6 weeks. Once you have learned basic spins and pirouettes you will be introduced to more difficult moves in one of our beginners / improvers classes. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR? We recommend that you wear shorts (better for grip on the pole) or jogging bottoms are fine. T-shirt or vest tops are suitable – anything comfortable. For Pole Dance classes you should bring your heels (pleasers, stripper shoes) and knee pads. Please do not wear any hand cream, body moisturisers, self tan or creams on the day of the class as this makes the pole slippery and dangerous. All hanging jewellery including rings and necklaces should be removed before class. Exposed belly button bars should be removed or covered with a plaster. WHAT TO EXPECT? Each pole class will start with a warm up, designed for that specific class and will end in a cool down. In a full class, the poles will be shared by two people (maximum). If You don`t want to share the equipment with a stranger, please book the course with your friend! You will be asked to leave all unnecessary belongings in the lockers provided and only bring equipment needed the class room. Water is a must! We have facilities to fill your own bottles, or you can purchase on reception. CANCELLATIONS If for any reason you cannot make your class please let us know with at least 24 h prior to the class or you will be charge for the missed class. You book and pay for 4 consecutive weeks, but You are allowed to re-arrange only ONE class of the course if we receive your cancellation with at least 24h prior to the class. Your course is non refundable.
