Service Description

▪︎ 𝔾ℝ𝕆𝕌ℙ 𝔸 Students must be able to use the platforms confidently, being able to lift bodyweight off the floor with hands in split grip, being able to invert from the floor with strength, familiar with shoulder stands, flow heels technique, pirouettes, spins on static pole. Must be comfortable with cross knee and lay backs, leg hangs and butterfly(extended). Pleas chose one of the packages available. Package 1 - with Flights from Manchester Package 2 - own flights Package 3 - workshops only
